Succession planning – absolutely necessary for the future of companies. But how can continuity be ensured? And is it possible to plan family-owned businesses for several generations? Consensus is essential for the continued existence of a family-owned business. Because a high level of approval of decisions promotes the cohesion of the associates. The DSIV was able to win Mr. Christian Boehringer as a speaker for this topic.Further items on the agenda of the first DSIV Leadership Meeting 2019 are a visit to the family-owned pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim. At 4 p.m., the participants will be familiarized with the history of the company – followed by a tour of the plant with explanations of the location, including a visit to the LogiPack Center. This will be followed by dinner at the company’s casino with a presentation by Christian Boehringer.
